  Eh. Ok for a $2 movie. Benecio is too talented an actor to be doing this kind of movie. Besides, once in a while he should be cast as a good guy rather than a villain. Is it because he chooses those roles or is it just because he looks hispanic? Maybe both, huh?!

  what a horrible movie. from blake lively's pathetic character, to the extremely unrealistic love triangle, i was actually rooting for the "bad guys" - in this case, the mexican cartel. the only two actors i could stand were salma hayek and benicio del toro. don't waste your time or money.

  movie doesn't come close to the book. the book is fantastic, read it first, and the prequel "kings of cool" too and you would understand characters better. without reading the book main characters of the movie seem flat as a wallpaper with exception of lado and dennis, who are played by actors too famous for these roles and who intentionally or not pull all the attention and throw the movie off balance.

  Story line was interesting but the movie fell short of really impressing me. I think the storyline could have been better developed. I loved Salma's character and Benicio's. I did not like the other female lead's character (her name escapes me); she seemed a bit contrived. At time, beautiful cinematography.

  decent movie a renter at best or a tuesday movie and there`s nothing else playing and all you want is popcorn and a drink.
